Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person (e.g. name, email address, phone number).

3. Processing of personal data when visiting the website

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the browser and operating system used and the page requested. This data is used to ensure secure and stable operation and is not combined with other data sources. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in a technically sound operation of the website.

This website is hosted with the provider Lovable. Data may also be processed on servers abroad. Through appropriate measures we ensure that an adequate level of data protection is maintained.

For the contact form on this website we use the Google Forms service of Google LLC (or Google Ireland Limited). When you complete and submit the form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message) is transmitted to Google and processed and stored on Google servers. Data may also be transferred to servers in the USA. We use this information exclusively to process and respond to your enquiry.

If you contact us directly by email instead, we likewise process the data you provide exclusively to handle your enquiry.

Data transmitted via the form or by email is treated confidentially and not passed on to unauthorised third parties. We retain the data as long as necessary to process your enquiry and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise. For more information about Google's data processing, see Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Confidentiality within consulting

Information entrusted to us in the context of coaching and consulting engagements is treated in strict confidence. Personal data we come to know through an engagement is processed exclusively to fulfil the respective mandate and is not passed on to third parties without your explicit consent, unless we are legally required to do so.

7. External fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses fonts from Google (Google Fonts) for a consistent typographic display. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required fonts. In doing so, your IP address may be transmitted to Google servers (Google LLC, USA).

8. Sharing data with third parties

We only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary to provide our services, you have consented, or we are legally obliged to do so. Where we engage service providers (e.g. for hosting or the contact form), we oblige them to comply with the requirements of data protection law.

9. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Data transmission on this website is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

10. Your rights

Within the framework of applicable data protection law, you have the right to information about the personal data we process, to rectification of inaccurate data, to erasure and to restriction of processing. You may also object to processing and, where applicable, request the transfer of your data in a common format. To exercise your rights, please contact the data controller named above.
